Participants will start the session by watching a demonstration of the use of basic shape sketching and the techniques used to create value in pencil drawings. After the demonstration, participants will take part in an exercise using the same composition, then they will use live flowers to create their own composition and create a more refined drawing.
All supplies, as well as refreshments, will be provided for this workshop. All experience levels are welcome. Class size is limited to 16 participants. Educators will receive 3 hours of CPE credit for this workshop.
